Strategic Objetives

The strategic Objetives determines the goals that the organization wants to achieve in a specified period of time to be coherent with the purpose defined in the mission. The strategic objectives should be: Measurable, Understandable and consistent, Realistic, Hierarchical, Stimulants, Consistent, Achievable, Motivators, Planned for the medium and long term. These targets are made in a period of five years and minimum three years. 

Values statement

The Values Statement answer the question: What you belive In? The company values are the most important pillars of any organization. With them, actually defines itself, because the values of an organization are the values of its members, and especially of their leaders. Eric Olsen recomends the next characteristics: No more than 5-7 Values, More than one word values, Shared Ideas, Might be in your mission statement.

Mission Statement

The mission statement answers the question: Why the company exist? What's the purpose of the company?. According Erica Olsen the mission needs to be Short, Memorable, INSPIRING, Marketing Focused, and answer the question what you went to be remembered for?

Vision

The vision is one of the most important parts of a company, why? because the vision says where will be in the future. A vision has to be Inspirational, there are some basic features you must have a vision: It has to be futuristic, you have to understand where you want to go, you have to explain how it will be the future of the company in 5 years or more. How can a company wants to overcome if she does not know where you're going?

Activity 3

Situation 1:
Tipe of Leadership: Bureaucratic leadership
 Problem: Management Conflicts
Solution: No charge the 25% extra to the passangers because they was not the fault. And find a way to fill the flights to avoid this type of problem

Tipe of Leadership: Democratic leadership
Problem: a bad communication and bad management
Solution: The cement are not going to be used inmediatly, can be delivered in littler parts, for example order a Ship every 3 days and avoid a queue

Tipe of Leadership: Laissez-faire-faire leadership
Problem: a bad leadership

Solution: Taking into account both parties and reach an agreement that is most convenient for all

Situation 4:
Tipe of Leadership: Laissez-faire leadership
Problem: Bad Management

Solution: I worry about the complaints, because it means that something is wrong. If turists and Israelis find the airport in better conditions they will come often and therefore we will receive more profit.

Results of the Leadership Potential

 What I have to Improve? I need to improve somethings, the first one is my attitude I tend to get angry very quickly, and do not do things well. Another thing is that I want to do the things to my way (sometimes the more difficult) and sometimes the problem have a very easy solution. I need to trust in my partners and give the reason when i'm wrong.

This is my result of the Leadership test. I think that I need to improve some areas: the first one is the motivation ,because sometimes people need to pressing me to do the things. Another one is the work in group: I like to work in group but, when the people don't want to do something I put very angry and don't want to do something.

How to do public presentations?

I have been reading about how to do public presentations, and I found important information and I want to share with you. One of the thinks to do public presentations is: Prepare ahead and fullfill the topic: So you will need less help of writing sheets and will have more freedom to speak Dealing with nerves, the nerves are good because without them We will never had the intention to study more the topic that you are going to speak, If you replace the nerves for the trust, it will be easier to reach the goal. another advice is: Put in the audience place: You need to transport your knowledge in a interesting form, a form that the people put attention, use examples of the daily life. Do a Simple presentation: You don't need to saturate with information, use examples, anecdotes, repetition and references to your experiences. Don't loose the Approach: You know where are in the presentation, but what about the people? Talk about a topic but remember to the people what is the principal topic and why are you talking about it. Use keywords, that help you to make a more inclusive presentation. Use words like: "You" or "We" and you will see a big difference. Visual Help: If you want to reinforce your presentation help yourself with a visual example and make a focus to your main ideas.Visual impact and Good Pronunciation: good visual contact, natural moves with the hands, a relaxing posture and speaking with a modulated and controlled voice will atract the attention of the public.

Project: The use of technology in Christian churches, as applied to assistance control and child care.

Actually, most of the Christian churches have the need of count the number of attendees to each devotional, this process can become very tedious and some cases can be impossible if a person is the attendant. Why the technology is an ideal solution, how can technology solve this problem? Very simple, people only needs to press a button that sends information to a computer. That stores the number of times that the button has pressed.
 
About child care, many churches have a devotional for children and/or a room for babies, where people care for children while parents are learning in the devotional, but what would happen if a child has a problem and the attendants needs to talk with the parents? Generally, they search bank to bank in the church; this puts all the attention on them and not in the message. A solution using the technology would be: deliver some kind of vibrator that vibrates when the child has a problem, parents will know that that they have to go out and instructors will be outside waiting them. Is a simple Solution but very helpful in churches.
